Tip #5 - Moisturizers, SPF, Sunglasses

Apply an eye cream for anti-wrinkle benefits every morning and evening using only an ever-so-small amount since too much product can cause puffiness. So don't overdue it but, be consistent with frequency of application. Two times daily is perfect.

Tip #3 - Hands & Feet

Some at-home hand lotion treatments include gentle exfoliating action that will sluff off dry skin cells making for extra silky, smooth hands. So start today by stocking up on hand lotions with scents that please the senses, unless you are allergic, then go for the fragrance-free stuff. Either way, you'll thank yourself in the long run for the extra few minutes a day you spend pampering your hands and feet. Think of it as a beauty investment and your stocks are bound to soar.

Tip #4 - Nutrition & Radiance

Environmental factors such as pollution, cigarette smoke and herbicides sprayed on the foods we eat can also spawn free radicals. Those pesky free radicals can damage and wrinkle the skin if you don't stay on top of a diet regime rich in fruits, vegetables, good fats and vitamins C and E.

Tip #2 - Skin Body Care

Fill the tub with hot water and 10 drops of essential oil. Choose an oil with a calming effect like jasmine or rose or any blend you fancy. It should be one that will allow you to float away (literally) to a carefree place in time. The oils will naturally moisturize your skin and feel great.

Always clean your skin before bedtime. No matter how tired you are, just do it. The choices for cleansing are vast. Gel cleansers will give you a squeaky clean feel while creamy cleansers are more luxurious and great for dryer skin. Bar soaps are yet another alternative. Choose carefully based on your skin type, oily versus dry or combination.
